Complaints

We want to treat everyone fairly. If you're unhappy with anything debtreliefy has done, please tell us and we'll put it right where we can.

1. How to complain

Email complaints@debtreliefy.co.uk, or write to B2B Media Ltd, 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX. Please tell us your name, the email address or phone number you used on our website, and what went wrong. If you need us to make any adjustments, for example because of your health, let us know.

2. What we'll do

  • We'll acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days.
  • We'll look into it fairly and keep you updated.
  • We'll send you our final response within 8 weeks, and usually much sooner.

3. Complaints about a debt firm we introduced you to

We don't give debt advice. If your complaint is about the advice or service you received from a firm we introduced you to, please contact that firm directly. You can still tell us, and we'll pass it on with your permission.

Our partner's name and contact details are in section 8 of our privacy policy.

If you're not happy with that firm's final response, you may be able to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service.

4. If you're still not happy

If your complaint is about how we handled your personal information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
