Opt out or delete my data

You can change your mind at any time. You can stop all contact, withdraw your consent, or ask us to delete the information you gave debtreliefy. It's free, and you don't need to give a reason.

1. How to opt out

Enter the email address and/or phone number you gave us.

Or email info@debtreliefy.co.uk with “Opt out” or “Delete my data” in the subject. Please send it from the email address you used, or include the phone number you gave us, so we can find your details.

You can also write to us at B2B Media Ltd, 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX.

2. What happens next

  • Within one working day, we add you to our “do not contact” list.
  • Within one working day, we tell our FCA-authorised partner to stop contacting you, if we passed your details to them.
  • We stop any marketing from us straight away.
  • If you asked us to delete your data, we delete it within one month, and usually much sooner.
  • We email you to confirm once it's done.

We keep a scrambled (hashed) copy of your email address and phone number on our “do not contact” list, so that we never contact you again by mistake. If a partner firm has already started helping you, it holds its own copy of your information, and you can contact it directly as well.
